“…he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, ‘Lord, save me!’

And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him.” Matthew 14:30-31

This is beautiful. Sometimes in live we’re walking along close to God, and then we see the crazy world around us, and we start to sink into despair and fear. But Jesus is still right beside us, waiting to pull us up! He immediately reached out for Peter. Jesus and God love us no matter what. They will provide a way to pull us out of our worries and fears. All we have to do is trust in Them. Though we will never deserve this love, thank goodness we have it. Lord, I pray that we may love you and trust in you with all our hearts. Thank you for loving us so much and for taking mercy on us at all times. I love you, God. Amen.
